BAAAAAACK!!!

Oh man this con, I felt it was so... *Suttle* compared to past cons. There weren't as many events that interested me, if any o.O But the company was great as always

THURSDAY:
and I headed out late because she had to hand in a project at school. I got to meet some of her cool classmates and see the neat stuff they're working on I have to say, it made me really miss school. After that we headed to the border, where YOU AMERICANS NEED THE SAME LAW WE DO: NO CELLPHONES WHILE YOU DRIVE. Seriously.. We got nearly hit or no one would let us in because EVERYONE WAS TEXTING. So dangerous o.O We picked up and headed into the downtown frenzy. We met up with room crew: , , and , and unpacked. We got a crammed little room but it had an extra bed and a kitchen so that was very nice Satsori and I went to prereg and then we chilled in the room for the rest of the night.

FRIDAY:
XMEN DAY! got together again for a group cosplay. It was a lot of fun... BUT WHO THE HELL DECIDED GREEN AND YELLOW WAS ATTRACTIVE TOGETHER? SERIOUSLY. I FELT SO UNATTRACTIVE XD We had photos with and then with Eurobeat King, then , , and I went for our annual Sakura Con nachos I'm so happy I got Rogue/Gambit photos, they've been one of my favourite couples since I was a kid ;_; My shoes got really soaked to the point where I couldn't feel my toes, so Nova was nice enough to lend me her Applejack cosplay so I could warm up <3 THANK YOU! YOU SAVED MAH TOES! Val changed into Pinky Pie and... chaos ensued XD We'll just leave it at that.

SATURDAY:
Saturday was Shadow Hearts day for Valdrein and I. I really don't like how my outfit turned out, I plan on remaking it for Aki Con The skirt was huge and the jacket too small XD But I'm glad we finally got photos of Yuri and Alice, Val and I had been talking about this for YEARS. I hung out with Becky for a while at the mall and then headed back to the con to play games with her and . At night we had nachos AGAIN (good god no wonder why I feel like a beach whale XD ) and then a bunch of us headed back to our hotel to prepare for the LMFAO rave.

SUNDAY:
Sunday I wore... PRINCE FROM KATAMARI XDDDD I've been wanting to do this for so long! TEE HEE. We got up early, had brunch in the hotel (aka recovery waffles), checked out, and then headed to the Fantasy Fight Tournament. After the tournament, :iconweathestone:, Becky, Clint and I went out for cheesecake (ok *I* had cheesecake, they had lunch), and then I took one more stroll through the dealers hall and artist alley (I got wind there were Katamari plushes, couldn't find them ;_; ) then chilled with a bunch of peeps for the rest of the day. Very chill, very laid back. We had mexican food and sat around... That was pretty much it XD Then Val, Heimdall and I got lost downtown due to bad detour layouts, and then we headed back to beautiful Canada land.

I fear for my cellphone bill next month XD

That was pretty much the con in a nutshell. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad either. Very chill. With there were more interesting events but... meh *shrugs*. It was still fun. I just got to allow for more time to make costumes now that I'm working fulltime
